Editing & removing
Change access, pause, or remove a teammate.
On the Admins page, use the ⋯ menu on a person's row:
- Edit permissions — change which areas they can access, or their job title.
- Disable — temporarily block them from signing in without deleting their account. Choose Re-enable to restore access.
- Remove — permanently delete the account.
Built-in safeguards
You can't disable or remove yourself, and you can't remove the last full-access owner — so the business can never be locked out of its own console.
At a glance
Each row shows the person's name and email, their access summary (for example Superadmin or 3 areas), and whether they have two-step verification turned on. A Disabled tag appears on anyone whose access is currently paused.
